Colonial Era

 This week's Project Quilting theme is "Era".  I knew I wanted to make some flag placemats for the big 4th of July celebration this year, so that is what I did.

 I realized as I was doing this that it is nearly impossible to arrange 13 stars in a circle and have the points be orderly.  I'm sure Betsy Ross had the thought that 12 stars would of been easier.
