Christmas Pillow

I am on a kick to use some stuff up.  High on the list of stuff to use up is batting pieces.  I have made 3 large quilts in the last year.  That translates into having a lot of batting pieces. 

Somewhere in my travels, I acquired a Christmas panel.  It consists one of large square and two rectangles.  The rectangles I will use in table runners.  The large square makes a wonderful pillow.

Since the panel is so detailed, I did a very, simple quilting.  

The best part is that I made a pillow envelope.  This is not a permanent pillow.  This is a Christmas pillow that slips over an existing pillow for Christmas.
