Thanksgiving Cards

Yes, I am finally getting around to posting pictures.  This past week twice I was asked if there was anything new on the blog.  So here are Thanksgiving cards.

These were an excursion in cutting fabric on the Silhouette.  Yes, the Lazy Girl fusible web I picked up in August really does work well with the Silhouette cutter.

Then the other cards were an interesting experiment.  Somewhere in my travels I picked up the leftovers from someone putting leaves on a sweatshirt.  The Ziploc bag even included a picture of a sweatshirt from some catalog that this person wanted to copy.  I ironed them onto a card and found that it not only worked, it worked beautifully.  The first layer fabric and the second layer is a printed napkin.

Now if I only could figure out how to scan so the images are straight...
